What we can help with
- Corrections & updates — If you've spotted outdated information (lodge details, tour availability, site access rules), please let us know. Keeping our content accurate is our top priority.
- Questions about dark-sky travel — General questions about planning a stargazing trip, choosing gear, or reading forecasts. We'll do our best to help, though we can't always reply to every individual question in detail.
- Partnership inquiries — If you represent a lodge, observatory, dark-sky reserve, or media organisation and would like to discuss collaboration, feel free to reach out.
- Press & media — For press requests or interviews, include "Press" in the subject line of your email.
What we're not able to help with
We're a travel information resource, not a booking service. We cannot make reservations on your behalf or resolve disputes with lodges, tour operators, or dark-sky reserves. For access and permit questions, contact the reserve or park directly.
